HSA (HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNT)
If you enroll in the BCBS PPO plan, you have the option of opening an HSA to pay for your medical expenses with pre-tax dollars.

We provide vision coverage through Guardian which provides coverage for eye exams, glasses and contact lenses.
LIFE AND AD&D INSURANCE
OvaScience provides life insurance coverage through Guardian equal to two times your annual salary to a maximum of $400,000. This benefit doubles your life insurance amount in the event of accidental death. OvaScience pays for the cost of this insurance.
LONG-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE
We provide Short Term and Long-Term Disability insurance through Guardian. If you become disabled from a non-work related injury or illness, the benefits you receive are provided as a source of income. The company pays for the cost of this insurance.
FLEX SPENDING ACCOUNT
We offer a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plan that allows you to contribute pre-tax payroll deductions to be used for eligible health expenses and dependent care expenses.
Employees are eligible to enroll in the plan as of their hire date. OvaScience matches dollar for dollar of the first three percent of your contributions and $0.50 per dollar for the fourth and fifth percent.
Employees accrue vacation at the rate of three weeks per year.
OvaScience enjoys 12 paid holidays per year.
